Qualifications:

La personne recherchée doit être en mesure de rédiger des rapports de routine et de la correspondance en français et en anglais ainsi que répondre aux demandes courantes ou plaintes de clients, collègues et/ou superviseurs. 

La capacité de présenter l’information de manière efficace; excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale et capacité à déterminer des priorités contradictoires et à y répondre.

Connaissance des termes et principes financiers. Il/elle devrait être en mesure de calculer des figures intermédiaires telles que les pourcentages, réductions et/ou commissions. 

Capacité à comprendre et à interpréter les instructions, la correspondance et les mémos et à poser des questions de clarification pour assurer la compréhension. Habilité à comprendre, analyser et interpréter des documents. 

Capacité à résoudre des problèmes présentant plusieurs solutions. Capacité à résoudre des problèmes comportant plusieurs options. Fortes compétences organisationnelles, de gestion du temps et d'analyse. 

Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office. La connaissance de InDesign et des autres logiciels de conception graphique est souhaitée. De plus, il/elle doit avoir la capacité de manipuler les modèles de base dans PowerPoint. 

Expérience de travail dans les médias sociaux / marketing, analyse des médias sociaux.

 

Two years of experience of providing marketing and administrative support to multiple teams of professionals (in Real Estate industry ideally).

Fluently bilingual in English/French, spoken and written. Basic editing and writing skills required

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence in French and English and to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers and/or supervisor.

Ability to effectively present information, excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities.

Knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.

Ability to solve problems involving several options. Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills.

 Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory. Skills in InDesign and other graphic-design programs is preferred. Moreover, he/she should possess the ability to manipulate templates in PowerPoint.

Work experience in social media/marketing, social media analytics.
