  • Dix ans d’expérience en support administratif, de préférence dans le domaine de la vente ou marketing. Une expérience en immobilier commercial serait un atout.

  • Bilingue français-anglais, parlé et écrit. 

  • Solides compétences organisationnelles. 

  • Attention au détail et proactivité dans les suivis. 

  • Capacité éprouvée à prendre des initiatives pour répondre au-delà des attentes, être axé sur les résultats et autonome.   

  • Capacité à établir des priorités et à répondre à la demande dans des délais serrés. 

  • Connaissance des termes et principes financiers. Il ou elle devrait être en mesure de calculer des pourcentages, rabais et/ou commissions.

  • Connaissances avancées de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote), compétences en recherche sur Internet. 

  • Connaissance en logiciel de gestion de la relation client (CRM) tel que Maximizer considérée comme un atout.

     

  • Ten years of experience of providing administrative support in Sales or Marketing is preferred. Experience in the commercial real estate industry would be an asset.

  • Fluently bilingual in English/French, spoken and written. 

  • Strong organizational skills. 

  • High attention to detail and proactive in following-up. 

  • Self-motivated; results driven self-starter, proven ability to take initiative to exceed goals and expectations.   

  • Ability to identify priorities and to work with tight deadlines. 

  • Knowledge of financial terms and principles. He or she also should have an ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions.  

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, OneNote) and Internet research. 

  • Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management software such as Maximizer would be an asset.
