QUALIFICATIONS


Education

Bachelor’s Degree

MBA or relevant Master’s degree or equivalent business background


Skills

Possesses a combination of process, conceptual, business analysis and problem-solving skills

Sensitivity and conviction about the end game; thoughtful, deliberate and results-orientated

Hands-on management experience building and managing a national or regional HR function


Knowledge

Knowledge of HR processes policies, KPIs, systems

Knowledge of HR best practice and leading innovation in HR

Experience and knowledge of the real estate/ facilities management sector


Experience

Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience which includes multi-country talent environments across the Americas, EMEA and APAC

Deep experience in the business partner and employee relations functions of HR.

Experience of high-volume outsourcing business advantages

Successful experience of working in a corporate, large matrixed environment

Awareness of variations in employment regulations for the different regions and the ability to manage effectively within them as required

Able to operate in a fast paced and high-volume business with strong resilience and an ability to lead and manage change

Experience working with HR Shared Services Centers – ability to manage SLA’s and drive continuous improvements in the HR operating model


Aptitude

Working well in a matrix organization


Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and complex environment

Global Mindset

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
