The HSE Supervisor will document and implement behavioral based safety programs to deliver Health & Safety for the Client account. This position will provide guidance and support to account management, program owners and site personnel across multiple facilities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. 

The HSE Supervisor must understand federal, provincial and local requirements along with the Critical Performance Indicators and Key Performance Indicators related to customer expectations and CBRE goals in this area.  The objective is to deliver integrated FM services at each site in a manner that protects all personnel and property while avoiding loss, building public trust and providing business continuity.  

Essential Duties:
• Maintain an integrated health and safety system which ensures all service lines are incorporating HSE elements and are engaged in driving a culture of safety and well-being. 
• Monitor key metrics for trends and develop and implement strategic solutions to meet or exceed performance expectations
• Strong written and oral communication skills.  Ability to communicate effectively, diplomatically and tactfully with the client, building occupants and all levels of the account
• Ability to plan strategically and implement tactically.  Require strong mediation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders
• Support consistently compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Client Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity.
• Ensure all requirements under the federal, provincial and municipal legislation as applicable, and client requirements are implemented and followed.
• Develop, coordinate and maintain account level HSE programs and documentation
• Support client driven programs at the account level
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing services.
• Act as an internal HSE resource
• Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:
• CRSP or equivalent is required
• Experience with implementing and maintaining registered management systems is an asset
• A minimum of five years H&S experience, preferably with responsibilities over multiple sites
• Good work ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in computer applications and software such as MS Office programs, Outlook, CMMS, etc.
• For internal candidates, must consistently receive a “meets expectations” job performance review.
