Job Summary

The Hana Product Manager is responsible for running one or more product lines to build ambitious new products that redefine the workplace experience. The Product Manager must be a creative and effective collaborator who can work with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop and execute a forward-thinking roadmap.

 

The ideal Product Manager loves hands-on work, is a visual thinker, and is full of empathy, taking on the customer’s perspective to address their needs through technology. You love collaborating and can skillfully balance immediate business needs and long-term initiatives. You’re excited about solving problems at scale and want to join an organization that’s fast-paced, growing, and puts design and people at the heart of its work.

 
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of our business and competitive differentiation using internal and external data
  • Oversee the product roadmap and prioritization efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Work to identify the MVP for all product development efforts related to your product line(s)
  • Work with cross-functional partners from Design and Engineering to frame actionable product strategies and recommendations
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data and testing to drive continuous improvement of your product(s)
  • Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and choose the appropriate medium and fidelity for effective communication
  • Identify, track, and communicate progress towards key initiatives and metrics
  • Represent the voice of the customer in all product development efforts
 

Education and Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management at a technology or consulting firm
  • Expertise managing the roadmap and execution of mobile app development, including an app-first mentality to leverage native device capabilities
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully developing new products
  • Experience solving problems individually as well as in a group setting
  • Proven track-record of organizing, developing, and executing technology strategy projects
  • A team player who's able to partner with cross-functional leadership to quickly turn insights into actions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior leadership
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities
  • Outstanding team player and positive attitude
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Bonus Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, MBA or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry
  • Experience developing experiences that cross physical and digital boundaries
