EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum four years of related experience in move management, facility management, interior design, architecture, engineering, or other related field.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Must have the ability deal with people in all levels of the organization (admins to CEO). Must be able to present to large groups of people (50 – 500). Must be able to provide calm reassurance to client and help them through very stressful phases of projects.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Leadership abilities to take charge of a project and gain the trust and confidence of the client. Ability to schedule and organize tasks based on client needs and project constraints. Excellent time management skills to start and complete multiple layers of tasks concurrently. Strong attention to detail. Excellent logic and reasoning skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Project with strong emphasis on managing, editing and manipulating large Excel files and complex Word documents. Working knowledge of Microsoft Publisher and AutoCAD preferred, but not required. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Solid understanding of current business technologies (telecom, IT). Willingness to work weekends, nights, and possibly some holidays.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
