QUALIFICATIONS


Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. 


Typically possesses 7+ years of relevant work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.


Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentorship experience


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Experience working with various levels of leadership


Experience in creating agile training and workshop material


Strong knowledge in multiple agile practices: Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, XDD, Scrum@Scale, Nexus, SAFe, etc.


Strong organizational and analytical skills.


Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to Agile COE customers and stakeholders.


Certifications: PSM 1 or CSM, PSM 2 or A-CSM, PSPO 1 or CSPO, KPM 1
A plus is to have the ICP-ACC certification, ICP-AF certification, CSP-SM or CSP-PO
