As our products grow, we are looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator to create a seamless workflow across our diverse set of operations. Excellent communication skills, business operations experience, and a passion for technology are a must.


You should be a self-driven individual able to execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction. We are looking for a self-starter who can manage our logistics and multiple projects with skill and professionalism. You will work primarily with our leadership team, beginning immediately as a full-time employee in New York, NY. The ideal candidate takes initiative and works proactively, rather than waiting for problems to arise before taking action.

Backed by senior CBRE executives, our agile, fast-paced team is focused on developing disruptive commercial real estate software applications. We push to keep our products at the leading edge and closely adhere to industry best practices.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 


Assistant to Leadership: You will support our leadership team with day-to-day organization and operations required to keep our team running smoothly. This includes arranging travel and meetings, helping with materials and presentations, updating calendars, and acting as a proxy on their behalf for various internal processes. 


IT / AV Support: You will coordinate with our internal AV and IT teams to procure and maintain all of the software and technology that the team needs to make cool things. You will research and resolve routine support issues. Follows-up to ensure open issues are resolved.


HR Support: You will serve as our onsite HR representative and support employees in achieving HR-related tasks by liaising with the company-wide HR group. You will also help execute and track department-wide initiatives, such as learning and development goals.


Office and Facilities Support: You will provide support for the management of our office’s physical space as well as team policies.


Finance Support: You will assist in monitoring the budget for our engineering, product, and production teams. As needed, you will support the day-to-day expense management, invoice payments, and monthly reporting.




QUALIFICATIONS 


Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four year college or university preferred plus a minimum of 4 years related work experience


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Strong organizational and analytical skills. 


Ability to effectively present information.


Self-motivated, curious and driven


Proven cross-functional people skills between a diverse set of teams (engineering, marketing, customers, leadership, designers, etc.)


Detail-oriented and obsessed with producing thorough process documentation


Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc)


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Spreadsheet skill set to include advanced functions such as graphics, pivot tables.


Extremely comfortable with picking up modern technologies and applications with no prior experience


Must have an excitement for technology

5-7 years of relevant work experience 


Prior experience in HR/recruiting/office and event management


Smart, productive and tolerant of sarcasm


Knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
