*IMPORTANT NOTE:  This is not an IT-type job, but more akin to those who have at least 1-3 years of Business Operations Data support experience. 


JOB SUMMARY  


Updates and maintains intranet and other file sharing sites with current information, processes, templates and more.  
 
Supports the development and execution of communication projects. As well as,  various internal/external communications materials (account updates, intranet and reports). 
 
Maintains and/or updates various databases. Extrapolates, analyses and prepares data for reporting purposes. 
 
Reviews and monitors account processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Performs research and recommends best practices. 
 
Assists in onboarding and training staff on account processes/procedures.
 
Coordinates and supports account meetings/trainings/events.
 
Develops and routinely produces business line reports. 
 
Completes expense reports and handles reconciliation of receipts for senior leadership team.
 
Performs simple to complex support. Assists with ad hoc projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE  

Associate's degree required plus one year relevant experience. Bachelor degree preferred.


CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES  

None


COMMUNICATION SKILLS  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE  

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.


REASONING ABILITY  

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES  

Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).


SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY  

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
