Skills and Qualifications:


7+ years of experience in a senior operating role


Experience with leading and developing a team, preferably distributed


Comfortable and productive with ambiguity and minimal direction


Highly organized and able to juggle needs across different contexts, departments, and people


Strong problem-solving skills with an eye towards systematic solutions that address underlying needs 


In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, ability to forecast and prepare budgets, and conduct financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports


Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations


Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, to groups of all sizes


Bachelor’s degree required
