BA/BS from a 4-year accredited institution and/or a minimum of 1-3 years of significant experience


Strong Excel experience preferred


Experience manipulating and validating large data sets preferred


Experience in Salesforce preferred or in migrating data in Salesforce.com using the Data Loader tool preferred


Experience with a programming language, such as C sharp or SQL preferred


Real estate experience preferred







Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents.  Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format.  Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management.  Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.  Team Player, ability to cross-collaborate with various teams across the advisory services platform.



Requires basic knowledge of financial and statistical terms and principles.  Ability to calculate complex figures. 



Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.  Ability to interpret multiple sources of data to create threads of opportunity or value creation.



Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel.  Proficiency in database and web-based research technology. 



Decisions made with understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines.  Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
