QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college and a minimum of four to six years of real estate investment management experience and/or training.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Advanced organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to interact comfortably with various levels of the organization.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of the real estate investment management industry. Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines and the institutional investment marketplace.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to research information when no clear answer is provided. Ability to make coherent inferences from multiple data points and scattered information.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to write RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other business development materials and reports in a pre-designed style and format. Advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
