Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills. 

  • Highly skilled in dashboard design and development. Intermediate to advanced Tableau or similar visualization tool skills are required. 

  • Ability to create integrated data models from disparate sources. 

  • Skilled in relational databases and SQL. 

Other Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

  • Experience with Tableau preferred. Experience with one or more of the market leading visualization tools required.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, particularly Excel. Familiarity and comfort in working with the G-Suite product tools. 

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform highly preferred but not required. Experience working with either GCP, AWS or Azure Cloud Platforms required.

  • Exposure to Salesforce.com preferred but not required.

  • Experience in machine learning or statistical analysis preferred.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate company operations desirable but not required.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

  • Demonstrated ability to respond to changing and sometimes ambiguous situations.


  • Bachelor's degree (B.S) in computer science or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in quantitative analysis, data modeling, reporting, relational database tools, data warehousing, and SQL, including 2-3 years technical experience in machine learning or statistical analysis, data engineering and data visualization related work.

Scope of Responsibility: Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
