Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and become proficient in use of company's Learning Management System (LMS). Must work well under pressure with proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope/direction.


Proficiency in Learning Success Factors, company’s Learning Management System (LMS).


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a college or university in human resources or related field is required.


Minimum of 7-9 years required, with 4 years’ experience in learning and development related responsibilities, such as; needs assessments, program design, and curriculum development, etc.


Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn and become proficient in use of company's Learning Management System (LMS).


Must work well under pressure with proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope/direction.
