Description/Opportunity:

 

We’re looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of technical experience to lead the development of technology products meant to improve the workplace experience for some of the most influential companies in the world. This person would begin immediately as a full-time employee in New York City.

Your day to day


Collaborate with business stakeholders, use empathy to clearly understand their needs and communicate the team’s roadmap


Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and work with product designers to choose the appropriate medium and fidelity for its effective communication


Develop a product roadmap serving thousands of real-estate professionals and customers globally


Identify the MVP for products to ensure customer feedback is collected as early as possible and integrated in subsequent versions.


Work closely with engineers to execute your roadmap and deliver solutions to the market


Regularly Interview customers and distill actionable insights


Use data, maps and machine learning to help our customers make informed decisions and grow their business


Reflect and offer changes to the team’s process so we can continue to be the best product org we can be

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Here’s what you have (Required Skills):

2+ years as a Product Manager for SaaS products


Well versed in modern SaaS technology stack


Effortless communication/presentation skills, natural collaborator


An appreciation of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a willingness to adapt and customize them as needed


Fast to learn and able to get a broad understanding of an eco-system


Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, MBA or equivalent work experience

  


Bonus points for these qualifications:

Experience in real estate, commercial interior design and architecture, and/or workplace strategy


Curious about what makes a good workplace and how to quantify it


Familiarity with architectural software such as CAD, Revit, and Sketch-Up


Understanding of how commercial space is measured and priced (USF vs RSF)
