Leads significant staffing initiatives, providing strategic recruitment, selection, placement support and direction to West Division GWS. Consults with divisional leadership to develop recruiting plans and programs to achieve business goals.

Develops and executes sourcing strategies in support of talent attraction initiatives, which include senior level leaders and key strategic hires. 

Leads key initiatives and manages larger scale/impact programs, including diversity initiatives, recruiting swat teams and special interest areas (i.e. spearhead a divisional engineer/tech candidate outreach program).

Maintains and tracks talent initiative documents in the division ensuring they are continually up to date and contain accurate information across the division.

Tracks and supports Divisional Directors and Alliance Directors as they meet their recruitment goals for the Division. 

Identifies to the Divisional President areas or individuals who are not aggressively pursuing their recruitment goals and or are not responsive to requests to interview and engage with active recruits. 

Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of division leadership to ensure staffing coverage. 

Coordinate and support leadership involvement in vetting referral and sourced candidates for leadership roles.

Develops and implements recruiting/sourcing strategies, events and processes to support the hiring and business needs of the division.

Recommends process enhancements based on analysis of reoccurring staffing summary reports and monitors for troubleshooting within the division when open positions continue past total time to fill goals.

Recommends qualified candidates to hiring managers after interviewing candidates and assessing strength of qualifications against job requirements. 

Supports internal job posting and transfers program. 

Coordinates the development of recruitment advertising.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience. 

Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting required. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Strong organizational and analytical skills. 

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. 

Ability to effectively present information. 

Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, salaries and commissions. 

Ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results. 

Ability to solve problems involving several options. 

Ability to research information and analyze data, arrive at valid conclusions and make recommendations and plan of action. 

Fully competent in specific HR concepts with emphasis on staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law and interviewing techniques or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities. 

Strong personal computer skills using Microsoft Office, Internet software, and human resources information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS) applications. 

Demonstrated knowledge of basic human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, training and development. 

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. 

Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. 

Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
