Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 7+ years of relevant work experience.

Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and administration experience in large, complex environments.

Strong working knowledge of the following ServiceNow components:

IT Service Management, CMDB, Asset Management, Incident, Problem, Change
Security Operations, Incident Response/Vulnerability Response, IT Operations Management, Orchestration, PowerShell, Policy and Compliance and HR.

Minimum 3+ years of development/scripting experience with HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, PowerShell, Orchestration.

Minimum 3+ years experience with service oriented architecture design and development and web service integration (REST, SOAP)

Hands-on experience developing integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms (REST/SOAP, flat files, etc)

Proven and verifiable history of analyzing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient and effective solutions.

Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery. Including, but not limited to: development of project estimates, documentation of requirements, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews

Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow authentication against LDAP and ADFS.

Experience in developing and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well with business partners

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
