Global Enterprise Platforms is looking for a Delivery Manager with extensive experience supporting technology teams to maximize performance and increase efficiencies for the ServiceNow delivery team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and manage the platform backlog, priority of work and the delivery workflow
  • Facilitate delivery team ceremonies
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, clearly understand their needs and communicate the team’s roadmap
  • Facilitate stakeholder governance meetings to ensure platform direction benefits global users
  • Manage risks to delivery as they occur, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
  • Create user program to further advance benefits and utilization of ServiceNow platform
  • Act as a point of contact for ServiceNow solutioning with current and prospective customers
  • Develop and maintain reports driving process effeciency within the ServiceNow team and for users
  • Advanced problem solving and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
  • Draw upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact
  • Facilitate process design sessions with users interpreting needs and leveraging ServiceNow knowledge to deliver results
  • Manage and monitor SLAs and other enterprise reporting for the delivery team


  • At least 7 - 10+ years of experience in an agile, open source software development environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of software delivery
  • Ability to dig into the product to identify issues and construct well defined solutions
  • Extreme flexibility and responsiveness to changing situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Process analysis and design experience
  • Well-rounded digital & technology experience, spanning application development and IT operations

Bonus points for these qualifications:

  • Previous Scrum Master experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Business
